Except those punishments as provided in other Sections of this Act, any person contravening any other matter mentioned in this Act or the Rules made hereunder or the written order or directives issued thereunder, the Department of Labour may punish, for each offence and according to the gravity of such offence, a fine from ♣ upto Ten Thousand Rupees, and if such offence is committed  (continued) again after it is proven, he/she may be punished with an additional One Hundred Rupees for each day, except those punishment as mentioned in other sections of this Act.
